KOTA BHARU: Seorang wanita warga Uzbekistan menitiskan air mata selepas didakwa melacurkan diri dan berada di negara ini walaupun pas lawatan sosialnya sudah tamat tempoh di Mahkamah Majistret, di sini, semalam.
Elena Ismatova, 28, mengalirkan air mata sejurus dibawa keluar dari kandang tertuduh dan terpaksa ditenangkan rakannya, Oynur Djantureva, 27, yang turut dituduh melacurkan diri.
Oynur dan Elena didakwa melakukan kesalahan mencari pelanggan bagi tujuan pelacuran kira-kira jam 10.30 malam pada 25 Jun lalu di sebuah rumah tanpa nombor di Taman Azam, Jalan Long Yunus dan didakwa melakukan kesalahan itu mengikut Seksyen 372, Kanun Keseksaan.
Elena turut dituduh melanggar peruntukan mengikut Seksyen 15(1)(c), Akta Imigresen 1959/1963 (Akta 155) dan melakukan kesalahan yang boleh dihukum mengikut Seksyen 15(4), akta sama kerana pas lawatan sosialnya tamat tempoh.
Berikutan itu, Majistret, Ahmad Faiz Munawar, menetapkan 9 September ini untuk sebutan jurubahasa bagi membacakan pertuduhan terhadap Oynur dan Elena itu.
Ahmad Faiz turut menetapkan 1 Ogos depan untuk sebutan jurubahasa terhadap Elena kerana berada di negara ini selepas pas lawatan sosialnya tamat tempoh.
Sementara itu, di mahkamah sama, seorang `bapa ayam' mengaku bersalah kerana melacurkan Oynur dan Elena.
Lelaki terbabit, Wee Kian Hoo, 45, turut mengaku bersalah kerana melindungi Elena yang berada di negara ini walaupun pas lawatan sosialnya sudah tamat tempoh.
Wee dituduh dengan sengaja hidup atas pendapatan Oynur dan Elena yang melacurkan diri.
Tertuduh didapati melakukan kesalahan itu mengikut Seksyen 372 (A)(1) Kanun Keseksaan.
Dalam pertuduhan pilihan terhadapnya, Wee didakwa melindungi Oynur dan Elena bagi tujuan ditawarkan untuk pelacuran mengikut Seksyen 372 (1)(C) Kanun Keseksaan.
Dia turut didakwa melindungi Elena yang berada di negara ini selepas pas lawatan sosialnya tamat tempoh.
Wee dituduh melakukan kesalahan itu mengikut Seksyen 56(1)(d) Akta Imigresen 1959/1963 (Akta 155) dan Seksyen 56(1)(bb) akta yang sama.
Ahmad Faiz kemudiannya menetapkan 26 Ogos ini sebagai tarikh mengemukakan fakta kes dan hukuman terhadapnya.
Majistret juga menetapkan wang jaminan RM8,000 terhadap lelaki itu dengan seorang penjamin bagi setiap pertuduhan.
Pendakwaan dilakukan Pegawai Pendakwa, Cif Inspektor Saiful Nizam Mislah.
Oynur dan Elena yang tidak fasih berbahasa Inggeris tidak ditawarkan jaminan dan akan dihantar ke Penjara Pengkalan Chepa sementara menunggu tarikhnya dibawa ke mahkamah semula.

First, while I was in European countries that border Russia, I described many of the dark traits of Russians to them, and almost no one disagreed with my observations; in fact, many told me that others had described similar things. To Eastern Europeans, these things are no surprise, as they've been known to them for generations and centuries past. Hence, there is a strong dislike of Russians in general by Eastern European nations (e.g. Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, etc.), also due to them having been colonised by the former Soviet Union, enslaving them to a harsh life of terror.
Second, I know many foreigners who have lived in Russia for 7, 8, or even 9 years, and most of them agree completely with the corrupt traits I describe here. I will even be citing some of them in this article. Whatever the case, understand that I am an extremely honest, fair and outspoken person, and if these things were not true, I would not be saying them.Let me tell you what they are really like, how they behave, their true mentality, etc. so that you will be warned and better prepared for what to expect. It is my hope that this information will help build up the defense systems of the men seeking Russian brides, saving them unnecessary heartaches, disappointments, as well as loss of time and money. After all, knowledge is power, and the one venturing into a foreign country needs all the "power" he can get, and we aren't just talking about in terms of money either. To have better street smarts against Russian women in the jungle they live under, you need to understand their mentality, behavior, and tactics.What I’ve basically learned is that to succeed with Russian women gain their favor or stay on their good side, you’ve got to be willing to spend freely on them, expecting nothing in return, and keep this up in spite of the fact that they are the cheapest, stingiest, and most ungiving women on the planet!
